Utovisionfestival is the one of the few places where all Deaf will meet each other. 

Sharing their background, stories, experiences and knowledge.  And of course.. there will be a lot of joy and fun. 

 

The utovisionfestival will be organized by participants of Frontrunners 17.

FR17 presents you with a diversity of fascinating lectures.

 

FR17 will challenge you in workshops that will broaden your horizons.

 

FR17 will show you an enjoyable cultural evening from the perspective of the growing deaf community.

 

...And we have a surprise for you, three deaf lecturers from outside FR17 who will be staying with us.
